In 2021 Dangerous Club opened as a classic cocktail bar in Oslo. At what was known as the smallest bar in Oslo, you were confronted by a huge, uncompromising sound system, DJs as curators and a modern interpretation of classic cocktails. It soon became a gathering point for the city’s cultural and music-focused crowd — dancing on the tables until the sun went up.
When the bar decided to close it’s doors in 2023, the spirit continued. Rather than reopening elsewhere, Dangerous Club evolved into a libertine project shaped by the same values: challenging shared experience and a willingness to test limits.
In 2024, this took a more physical form with the launch of the SMDC (Saint Moritz Dangerous Club), a sports and social club based in St. Moritz. The club has a dedicated mono-bob and skeleton team competing on the historic Olympia Bob Run, as well as doing the Cresta Run across the street. while also engaging in a wide range of sporting pursuits, both serious and ridiculous — all united by a belief in voluntary challenge.
SMDC supports endeavours that test the body, sharpen the mind and strengthen social bonds, operating under the motto:

Ice Sports Fondation Super-Sliders
The Super Sliders programme seeks to educate young people about two ice sliding sports (bobsleigh and skeleton) and the associated performance skills required to succeed in sport and life.We want young people to believe that anything in life is possible.
Ida Vetti Bob Team
We are supporting Ida Vetti to become the first Norwegian female to compete in the IBSF World Cup and to reach the Olympics in 2030 competing in Bob sleigh diciplines.
